Awaken the Health Within
Transformative retreats rooted in embodiment and nature
The Embodied Quantum Retreat
Returning to the wisdom of the body, the intelligence of nature, and the health that already lives within.
In a world that moves increasingly fast, many of us have become disconnected from our natural rhythms. We can feel overwhelmed, depleted, stuck in our thoughts, and separated from the deeper sense of vitality and presence that we know is possible.
An invitation to slow down
To step away from the demands of everyday life and immerse yourself in a way of living that is simpler, gentler, and more aligned with the intelligence of your body and the natural world.
Through somatic movement, embodied practices, nervous system regulation, nature, music, and meaningful community, we create a space where you can soften, listen inwardly, rest deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about remembering what it feels like to be fully alive.
Why Embodied Quantum?
To be embodied is to fully inhabit ourselves and remember the body's innate wisdom. To be quantum is to recognise that we are part of a living, interconnected whole, where small shifts in awareness can open the door to profound transformation.
About
Our Work
Where Somatic Wisdom Meets the Intelligence of Nature
The Embodied Quantum Retreat was born from the coming together of our shared passions and life experiences.
Dr Brian Siddhartha Ingle is an Osteopath, Somatic Educator, founder of Living Somatics, and international teacher whose work explores the relationship between embodiment, health, consciousness, and human potential. For over two decades, he has guided people towards a deeper understanding of the body's innate wisdom and capacity for healing.
Jennifer Davison is a Somatic Movement Practitioner, educator, and founder of Soma Magic Studio. Drawing upon over twenty-five years as a professional performer and teacher, alongside extensive training in somatic education, her work invites people into a more compassionate, creative, and connected relationship with their bodies.
Together, our work is rooted in a simple yet profound understanding:
The body is not a problem to be fixed. It is an intelligent, living process that continually moves towards health when given the right conditions.
Our retreats offer those conditions through movement, rest, presence, nature, connection, and experiences that gently support you back into relationship with yourself.
